Hello, I’m Claudia, and my personal experiences with anxiety, depression, and trauma have deeply shaped my purpose in life—to support others who are navigating similar struggles. As a peer supporter, I offer a compassionate, understanding, and safe space for others to explore their mental health journey, knowing that the path to healing is both individual and collective.

In our sessions, members can expect to walk away feeling understood and empowered. I’ll guide you through sharing your experiences, provide practical coping strategies, and offer insights that have helped me in my own mental health journey. Our work together will focus on building resilience, fostering self-compassion, and identifying actionable steps for managing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Above all, you will leave each session with a renewed sense of hope and the tools to move forward with confidence.

Explain to members what areas you feel are your biggest strengths?

I believe my greatest strengths are rooted in empathy, active listening, and an unwavering commitment to meeting you where you are. I understand that no two experiences are the same, and that’s why I approach each person’s journey with openness and flexibility. Drawing from my lived experiences, I strive to offer a sense of validation and encouragement. I also emphasize mindfulness, self-compassion, and the power of small, intentional steps in cultivating meaningful change. My mission is to support you in finding your voice, rediscovering your strength, and moving toward a place of healing and balance.
