Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in multiple areas of mental, physical and cognitive health. I have been providing therapy and treatment for 25 years, and this has allowed me to craft person centered skills that focus on what each individual may need. I know we all need support and connection. This is where I start.
