My biggest strengths as a therapist lie in my ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I’m skilled at helping clients explore and work through anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, often using mindfulness, grounding techniques, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to support them. I also have a deep understanding of how family dynamics and relationships impact mental health, so I’m comfortable helping clients navigate complex family or personal situations.

My approach is eclectic, drawing from various therapeutic methods to best suit each client’s needs. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help change negative thought patterns, along with mindfulness and grounding techniques to reduce stress and promote relaxation. I also incorporate holistic methods to support healing and balance in the mind-body-spirit connection. Lastly, I also use strengths-based therapy to build on clients' resilience and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation.
