Payment: Your credit card will be charged the full price amount when an appointment is scheduled.

Reschedule: You can reschedule for no charge if your appointment is over 24 hours away. You will not be charged any additional amount. However, you will have to pay again for a new appointment if you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time.
No Show Member: A no show will result in a full payment. No refund is issued in case of a no show to your scheduled appointment. At Skyler Health, we strive to support our members by sending multiple reminders—including SMS notifications—regarding upcoming appointments. While we make every effort to ensure these reminders are delivered, there may be instances where they are not received due to factors beyond our control, including technical issues, carrier limitations, or user-specific settings. Members are responsible for managing their scheduled appointments. We encourage you to log into the Skyler Health Member Portal to view and track your appointments at any time. To avoid missed appointments and hence charges due to no shows, members should add appointments to their personal calendars and plan accordingly. Please note that appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Failure to receive a reminder does not qualify for refunds or changes to our standard policies.
No Show Therapist: In the rare case that a counselor does not show up for the appointment, we will refund you fully for their missed appointment.
Skyler Health will send an email receipt to your email when we charge your credit card. You will also see the charge in the Billing section of the Member Portal. Upon your request, we can provide you with a bill that you can submit to your health insurance company to get paid for your out-of-network benefits for this appointment.

We do not charge your credit card, it is only a verification hold.
