Hi there! Are you struggling with a major life transition? Finding it hard to make it all make sense and figure out which way is up? Do you wonder if your solutions are only making things more difficult? Then, maybe, I am the therapist for you.

Hello. My name is Robert Soucy, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Missouri. I have been working with people with Substance Use and Mental Health issues since 2005. I specialize in working with people experiencing Substance Use Disorders, Spiritual Healing, LGBTQ+ (I am an ally), Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, and Men’s Issues. I model Non-Violent Communication techniques with Assertive and Supportive interventions. I am down-to-earth and relatable.

What can members expect to take away from sessions with you?

My therapy style is based on acceptance and self-love. I believe in the inherent worth of all people and my primary goal is to help the people that I work with come to love themselves in deep and meaningful ways.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths?

I believe that clients should be able to choose the goals and the methods that they would like to use to help them accomplish these goals. You are the expert on your own life. It is my job to ask the right questions, to help you find your plan. I offer support and guidance during the goal-setting process.
