Greetings! My name is Traci and I am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Life Coach, and Certified Menopause and Lifestyle Medicine Coach. I have extensive experience helping individuals meet their personal goals and live their best lives. My cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) method draws on the holistic interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Over the last 30 years in my role as a therapist/counselor and case manager, I worked with a wide range of clients navigating life challenges. These clients faced personal obstacles including life-threatening illnesses, caring for aging parents, and dealing with the changes that come with the later stages of life. As a Health and Life Coach, I now apply the experience from those circumstances to help my clients transform their lives.

What can members expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will conduct an initial assessment to determine your goals and establish short-term and long-term milestones. Each session will work towards those goals, reviewing progress and identifying potential barriers to achieving them. As we work towards those goals, if opportunities present themselves to modify, expand, and change those goals, we will. I believe growth isn’t linear but embracing that is part of the process.

Explain to members what areas you feel are your biggest strengths?

My biggest strength as a Health and Life Coach is that not only have I utilized the techniques I have learned from previous work experiences and education, but I have also lost over 85 pounds. I am working on the journey of becoming the best version of myself by utilizing the framework of the mind, body, and spirit connection. Understanding your perspectives and stress through personal experiences allows me to fully show-up present for you.
